Anyone wanna add this site to their folio?
http://www.creativealien.co.uk/image...example_02.gif FYI the current site is here: www.chavagnes.org The guy that usually does the coding has gone AWOL and so I am looking for someone who would like to transform this design into reality. It's for a school which is a British registered charity and to boost my portfolio so there's no payment, sadly. If you take it on you can add it to your own folio when finished and I might even be able to get away with a credits page where you can be linked etc. Please e-mail me if you fancy it. Cheers. PS. Sorry if this is regarded as the wrong forum but the post didn't seem to fit in the others. |

It's basically the same as the current version except for the forum and the interactive element of having the latest news, latest article and most recent forum thread displayed in the three smaller boxes on the home page. At a later date they might like the facility to sell religious merchandise and school items online. |

I'm currently working on my portfolio and so have no money to pay anyone, hence the request for Chavagnes International College. It's hoped the portfolio will help to bring in paying customers. I will keep your details for then, unless you want to do some freebie folio work to put in your own folio. |

Well, the following one is a forum for a rural Welsh village which I wanted to develop into a showcase portal for my folio but don't have time to learn the ins and outs of phpNuke or MX -Forum for example. I set it up at the request of a community group but thought I would tweak it in my spare time to show it off as a good example. www.teeceepee.org.uk Another is a charity which someone was working on but has since vanished. I seem to attract them. Here is the design: www.creativealien.co.uk/Beta/ARC/example_01.gif It also requires a simple to use CMS as the owner is a complete noob. The other is for a local bar. This is almost the final version except for the navigation and other stuff needs to be in French. I'll get round to that soon. It's very simple and perhaps not very rewarding. http://www.creativealien.co.uk/Beta/.../example_9.jpg Anyway, take a look and see what you think. If you fancy tackling one, let me know and we can discuss further. |

I'm satisfied will my graphic ability, it's my lack of coding ability that lets me down. The couple of paid jobs I've found so far were outsourced to a coder (the coding, not the design and graphics). So my short term intention is to build a portfolio with anyone in a similar position and then continue to outsource the backend. |
