I get tickled when I see design firms looking to contract out other folks to design their site/logos/banner.

actually it only seems to happen when the origional poster asks for something stupid or they jerk people around. well deserved 80% of the time IMO

i think it's a cynical response to people who think that designing a website is all about the ecommerce-bells-whistles-cheap-template-premade-website-blinking-text-java-applets people who think everyone can design a nice and GUI friendly interface.

Yes, I agree it is kind of funny, but apparently there is plenty of money to be made as there are a ton of so called web design companies doing the same. Who can blame them.... get paid for being the middle man.... maybe I should start doing that too.
