Freelance work from home - agencies?

Hi there,
I've been self-employed in print design for 2-3 years now and am looking to supplement my existing clients with agency work. I'm looking for agencies or other businesses that offer freelance projects you work at from your own home/office, rather than in working within a company. I'm based in Edinburgh, Scotland so need to have meetings/briefings by phone/email rather than face-to-face.

Do these jobs/agencies exist? Anyone have any recommendations?
thanks for any advice!

yes the work exists. worked for design/advertising agencies in glasgow for a few years freelance. difficult to get a name - but once your in and proved yourself valuable/reliable at a few agencies - you can live well off the work.

far far FAR better to be flexible about where you work.

an agency will be less interested in a inflexable freelancer, especially if the freelancer clearly places their own client work over work for the agency.

phone around Edinburgh agencies and see if you can get in to see the creative director and show your portfolio.

you also can tout yourself around the employment agencies.. likes of denholm .. pain in the arse registering with them but did get tid-bits of work out of it

Thanks do gooder.
Do these agencies actually deal with projects that you work at from home though? (e.g. design an annual report / cd artwork for this company). I did register with a couple in Edinburgh but only ever heard about incompany work from them, ie. few months-long freelance positions. Get your point about flexibility, but this isn't really an option for me as I need to keep time for my own work.

Checked your dogooder site. Really nice, the ethos and the work, I haven't seen a design business quite like it.
