Can work for free
Hello. I am not an experienced designer, but I am determinde to improve. I am looking for some work with not much luck, so I decided to do some projects for free. I am a web designer, not a developer, so don't ask me to do programing. I mean, I can do HTML/CSS coding, but that's all - no CMS, Javascript, PHP... If anyone has any offers, please e-mail me to bittoms@gmail.com

It's pretty hard to get some work, if you're not a pro. Of course, I could just do websites for my portfolio, but that's the same as doing it for someone else for free, except now my jobs could be posted online.

If your a student, print some ad's advertising free websites and pin them up around the university.

That's what I did and got contacted by loads of students, often wanting portfolio sites.
