OPEN: junior / middleweight web and iTV design position. Fulltime

I'm just going through some CV's now. Job is 3 months trial leading to full contract, in Brighton (UK). Work is web and Interactive TV.

MUST HAVE FLASH SKILLS (CODE AND ANIMATION)
MUST BE ABLE TO USE PHOTOSHOP
MUST BE ABLE TO CREATE ARTWORK FROM SCRATCH (vector and pixel a bonus)

Not a developer or coder position, not a position for photo editing skills only. (If your work is garish or looks like it was done in MS paint please do not waste my time and yours)

Experience not essential, however raw tallent is. Experience obvious bonus.
