I'm an Italian Designer. In september I'll come in London for looking for a job as Graphic Designer. Someone can help me to do so?

Start emailing firms (or calling when it's economical to do so)...don't expect work to just come to you. If you want free handouts it says a lot about your personality and character right off. Don't let us stereotype and make an effort on your own. Your work should speak for itself.
