Hi All

I have started to look for someone to design a website for me, and now that i've started looking, I've been blown away by the price that some people are asking. the site I’m wanting to run will not make money in the near future and its not my business, just a hobby that I enjoy more than most

I’m looking at starting a new website specifically targeted at corporate and large business. The site would be a Review and Advice site that would target IT and Electronic hardware and review and recommend it.

Can you please let me know what type of cost is involved in design and implementation of a site such as this, I'm on a limited budget as this isn't a business and I don't have a huge amount of cash to throw at it, nor will it make money

Requirements
- Must be easy to update content and add reviews
- Possibly a section for advertisements chosen from a pool of advertisers.
- Site must be clean and clutter free and also very easy to navigate.

There are a number or Hardware review sites that target high end gamers, overclockers and pc geeks. These sites although along the lines of what I want to do, are generally too flashy / in your face.

I want this site to target the corporate office and what computer hardware and electronic gadgets that are used there. If the site takes off and I can get the right advertising, I might try it as a business but that’s a long long way off

Please let me know if you are able to provide ongoing support / maintenance / updates, as if this works, I would want to expand it.
