I'm in charge of finding a GOOD web design/developer, so i figured i'd look where the best designers are. Need to be able to create designs from scratch and get them moving fast. New grads preferred. Looking for creativity and ambition.

You will have access to assistance with coding and design, but we would like someone who can take a project and run with it independently.

Located in Lower Manhattan. Great marketing firm. Fun atmosphere, great resume builder, great boss. Full-time, salary, benefits.

Anyone interested and can interview immediately (friday, monday, tuesday). Feel free to e-mail me a resume along with portfolio or links to your work.
