Professional Design Studio/ Person Required
Dear all professional design studios. Landmark International are currently looking for experienced and well established branding professionals based in the UK (preferably London) however not necessary, to work on a freelance basis to design us a new corporate identity including: Logo Outdoor Advertising Design (Taxis and Station Panels) Brochure Template Advertising Template Signage Front end website which will be connected to our existing databases Also to include copy write for all. This is an extensive branding exercise and we require either an individual or studio with a vast amount of knowledge and experience. We also require this person or company to work with our brand on and ongoing process so would have to understand our business and brand well. We are currently taking in proposals and would ideally like a portfolio of work plus the proposed costs for the above by email. Based on that we can arrange a meeting in our offices before we can take things further (allowances will be made for great designers at long distances). Please email us on: info@landmarkint.co.uk or call 020 7377 9889 Thank you, Nadia Landmark International Marketing Director. |

From doing a bit of googling, I am guessing you are a property company? It would have been nice to see at least a link to your website in the initial post. Also, it tends to help if you give people some idea of budget. For what you are looking for, for example, I would quote for something in the region of 6-8 months work, which would put the cost at between £52k and £70k. From looking at the business it appears you are in, I would think that with things being quite profit margin focused, you might not be willing to spend that kind of money. Try and give people a couple of guidelines for what you are actually looking for - Other companies you admire, websites you like (be they in your field of business or not), and what your company actually is - what you stand for, what you want to tell people about yourselves. What you have supplied is good from the point of view of getting a list of work packages that will need to be completed, but you will help any designer thinking of pitching for your custom, and ultimately yourself, by considering these things beforehand. I would also suggest that the project would be better separated into two - For me the website is a project on its own, and is best being handled by a web specialist. Identity design etc is a different field altogether, and being great at one doesn't necessarily mean you're the right person or team for the other. Just my little bit of input to try and help you on your way to finding a great team. I wish you luck in your search. Cheers David My signature sucks.
