I have already paid a web designer to create a navigation bar. You can view it in the attachments. There are 4 versions of the same navigation bar. There are very slight differences between them. I also have the PSD files for these.

I also have a programmer that is going to code the server requests and functions of the left and right buttons and search button.

What I need from anyone here is the following:

Convert the PSD file of the navigation bar into a standards-compliant, cross-browswer, cross-platform (Mac and Windows and Mobile) navigational bar that can be re-sized to a % of the screen width. I essentially need it converted to HTML. You will also have to make the ornamentation on the search box using CSS or something similar. It needs to look just like the image but be functional. Furthermore, when text is typed into the search box, it will have to not cause the search box to malfunction or cause any other errors.

I will then need you to upload it to a sample page so I can test it out. The buttons (left, right, and search) will not need to be functional on the sample.
