I have been offered some work freelancing for the first time outside of personal circles.

Has anyone got a good resource just so I know what I am doing, contract wise etc. I am not worried about charging issues because that is sorted. I want to make sure I am not ripped off etc. that sort of thing.

3rd when they sign-off on the final concept visuals
3rd on completion (payment before hand-over).

Its actually development not design stuff. Mainly PHP and MySQL.

I was planning on 3rd upfront, 3rd when it satisfies on my server, 3rd on handover of source.
