None of the above.
Poor with *lots* of room for improvement.

404 on the blue template link. That doesn't exactly help give the impression that you know what you're doing.

Most companies today want more from their online presence than a simple, mid '90s kind of web site.

The work is very amateurish and shows no evidence of a proper appreciation of web design/development or talent for graphic/visual design.
Sure, they might satisfy the most basic criteria of content (informative and visual), but they do so with such little visual appeal that many companies seeking a web designer will not be impressed by it.
Look around at other sites. Take a specific look at the sites of competitors (your clients' and your own) and judge for yourself who's site is more likely to attract, impress and satisfy visitors.

Your work has quite some way to go.
The good news is - the only way it can really go… is up.

I think you have a way to go before you can charge for your work , go look at linkdup.com , pixelsurgeon.com , netdiver.net and see what professionals are making, do some tutorials, read some books you'll get there in the end if you really want to.
