€50 is a lot of money in Croatia but for me, personally, it would buy only 43 minutes of working time - and that's not long enough. Up your price 600% and we'll see.

Its depends on which place you are. Here in Asia 200 Euro is a Good Amount. So we can open both Dreamweaver and Photoshop in 200 euros

It's not worth booting up the computer for 50 Euros. If you want you can go to asia and get a web developer but there is no guarantee that the site would be designed for your local market. Websites differ from country to country. When ever I look at a US website they just look too cluttered and fake. But that is because we deisgn sites differently in europe.
