I don't really know how to phrase it - so I've wrote partners.
But what I need is this:

1. Designer - That has expirience with Joomla

1. php programmer - for joomla & many more tasks.

1. a designer that could make an image move (I don't care if it's flash or even gif animated - just have to look good).
