need someone to recode my code in valid xhtml and css

i have a page(homepage) that i created a while ago and its a mess of terrible coding and bad css methods.... im looking for someone to recode it for me.

yeah i was looking to help out someone in the community. and besides i dont have a psd i just have code. i think the price for the image to code would be alot higher then just cleaning up some code.
