Ok I'm offering some $$$ to someone who can create a blog/forum -

Here is an idea of what I'm looking for -

Check that out - how it is a blog and also has a nice forum. Anyone who can CODE such a thing, contact me

I'm pretty sure that site uses wordpress.. like most blogs do.

If you need any special features that you can't find anywhere I'd be happy to help you out.

depends on what u want. if its a simple layout that has to be implimented into wordpress I'll do it for free as it'll only take 10 minutes..
