Hi ppl,

We are a new design agency (1 year old) and im looking to add a couple of php developers to our books, at present we have one freelancer we use, but we have found he charges the earth and doesn't justify the costs, always missing deadlines and when we supply the designs in html/css they come back messy and i spend time sorting the front end out again.

We have on average 1/2 new projects a month, so looking to start in Feb 2007 with new projects. Ideally be able to work with CSS layouts and sometimes straight from PSD's.

Perhaps this may suit a graduate or someone starting out (someone at the same stage as us) we are still charging fairly low as we can't justify higher costs at this stage, but long term this will be "very" beneficial to both parties, we have a sales lady starting end of Jan.

If anyone feels they can fill this role then please do get in touch, we are a small company made up of 2 lads in there twenties so very easy going.
