Having read the sticky about being specific I'm going to be vague. Not because I don't know what I want, but because its all about finding the right person, so I'm prepared to be flexible if thats what it takes to find the right solution. Fulltime, parttime, freelance or project work, which ever suits you, is fine by us, as long as you can hit deadlines!

I'm looking for a talented, yes, TALENTED designer to work on a small number of websites doing a full design overhaul, bringing them right up to date with as much web 2.0, CSS and ajax as you fancy. So don't bother sending Flash folios or links. We're looking for someone with an eye for colour as well as the ability to produce tight clean, but not dull pages. Usability is an absolute priority.

The currrent and most urgent tasks are update a logo and colours then create new base page templates, ready for implementation in PHP

There I go, being vague again, but there's a reason; The sites you'll be working on are adult sites. Having said that, we're at the soft end of the spectrum and fully UK, EU and US legal.

Adult sites by tradition have been design disasters but theres no longer any reason for it to be this way, all we need are the people with the right skills to come over to the dark side and work with us. Which reminds me. We fully expect to pay, and well, and on time too.
