Hello -

I'm searching for talented web designers (experience in databases, PHP, security, and design) to work on a project idea that I believe will develop a product that will sell. The project, in short, will be to develop a product that can be employed by training managers and students to view and manage training records. The current competition for this project utilizes a standalone PC based database system that lacks many functionalities that would dominate the market. My web experience is minimal, but the idea and technologies are there. I am looking for a couple people who would be interested in developing this project on the side as a team and then when completed, we will either sell the product outright or develop a business out of this. I have a detailed document outlining the project and functions that would be necessary to program, however, this information will only be shared after any interested parties have signed agreements protecting my (and your) interests in the project. Any work done on this project will be vested as a share in the business and the main contributors to the project will maintain an equal share in the product (I am not out to seek volunteers and then steal the project, I think this is a legitimate business opportunity with minimal initial work invested and zero capital investment, and everyone working on this will be equally compensated if the project comes to fruition).
