I am looking for an amazing wordpress blog designer. I currently use wordpress to power my online magazine, and would love a blog design that looks less like a blog and more like a magazine site.
I would like a design that will able me to display all the different sections of my magazine, different articles and of course ads efficiently.

I like the design on this website: mudsugar (dot) com it is also based on wordpress, but looks nothing like the normal blog template, something similar to this is what I am aiming for.

I would also require a simple logo design.

As we are brand new I don't have a lot of money to pay, but I do have some money, amount is negotiable based on experience and design.
