Assistant Web Producer (London)

Global West End interactive television company are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Producer to work within their Digital Media Group. The Assistant Producer (VOD) will assist in implementing, maintaining and delivering content for video on demand services across all our clients brands. It’s an administrative role with a good chunk of creative input. Applicants must be very well organised and have solid technical skills with regards to editing and spreadsheets.

Tasks:
* Encoding video content * Editing web clips * Working with programming to ensure schedules are up to date * Maintaining a database of metadata * Editing content for VOD platforms * Sending out tapes * Liaising with various departments to source materials for VOD platforms
Skills and key attributes:
* Basic video editing skills, experience with FCP or Avid * Photoshop, Microsoft Office skills * Experience in television or new media environment
* Well organised * Good editorial judgement.

This is an intial 6 month contract that go become permanent for the right candidate.
