permanent web designer position in Stoke-on-Trent

Hi Guys,

I work for Codeweavers Ltd and we're hiring again. We need a competent web designer with either
  • experience in design and basic development
  • a good portfolio (either from real clients or just hard work)
  • enthusiasm, flair, commitment
  • a decent design degree or other qualification

If you have any (or all) of these qualities then start by checking out our portfolio:

http://www.codeweavers.net

I'm the Lead Web Applications Developer at Codeweavers Ltd and will be working closely with our chosen candidate. We also have a Lead Web Designer who will provide mentoring, advice and support. The projects we work on vary from large, Web 2.0 style, AJAX based web applications, to smaller websites. We also take on a large amount of print work, branding, logo design and identity creation. The work is varied in discipline and always to a high standard, giving you freedom to express your artistic designs skills alongside your technical knowledge.

This really is a unique opportunity and the renumeration is favourable too. The team is quite small and friendly where a laugh and a social life is as important as getting the work done and the money in.

We're based in Stoke-on-Trent just off J15 of the M6. Easily accessible from Birmingham and Manchester, and eveywhere in between. House prices are also quite affordable in Stoke-on-Trent, so relocation could be a feesible prospect.

The formal job description is included below
