sounds cool to me, only thing is they want ::
"HTML, JavaScript, SQL, DHTML, Flash, Photoshop Experience, Server Side language (preferably Cold Fusion), MS 2000 Server and IIS are all essential skills. In addition, DoubleClick DART experience and Webtrends would be beneficial. " .. so not much then

Looks like they are continuing the trend of 'jack-of all trades' web designers, I would have thought gmtv could afford a designer and a separate programmer.
