We are a small company that has a need for a long term web designer on an project by project basis.

We have around 10 projects to complete in the next 3-6 months fro very small to medium sized websites.

I hope to find the right designer here as after looking through so many "so called" web design companies we have yet to find anyone that can produce quality & exciting designs.

If you can say yes to the following then we can say yes to hiring you:

1. You must provide links to your last 5-10 web design projects that have actually been completed and are live online (NOT templates or "in progress")

2. Your prices must be very reasonable either preferrably on a project by project qutation basis (or you can quote your hourly rate if desired but we must agree total maximum hours req BEFORE commencing)

3. You must be wiling to sign confidentiality & non compete agreement before starting working on our projects

4. You should not only be a star web designers but you should also understand and be able to work with code. By this we do not expect you to be a proficient programmer (although helpful) However you must to able to integrate your designs with back end or ready made programming/code.

5. You must commit to delivering our completing projects on the agreed schedule
exceptions to thsi would be if we requested you complete additional work not already agreed prior to starting each projct. in whcih case time extensions are granted.

6. You must, absolutely must agree to provide us with daily updates on progress and to show us your progress on each stage. This is critical to make sure your designs stay on the right direction.

We can make payment to you Via PayPal, Credit or Debit Card or MoneyGram/Western Union. However please note if you accept only Western union or MoneyGram youw ill not be paid ANY advance payment. your payments will be made in arrears after each project milestone is met. this is becuase of past fraudulent bidders in 3rd world countries abusing our trust. PayPal & CC payments can be part made in advance and again at certain agreed upon milestones.

We will only award work to designers who have vision, clarity & quality of focus. No "wanna be" designers or "template guys" will eb accepted.

the winning bidder can start immediately and could very well end up with 3-4 years of work.
