Come join the Circus and build the kind of creative environment you have always wanted to work in and be proud of. 3 Ring Circus is looking for a Lead Creative Director. We're an established L.A. based agency, specializing in branding, strategy, and motion graphics for broadcast & commercials.*

The Ideal candidate should have the following:
• Must be a hands on CD designer & animator. (After Effects a must)
• Proficiency in the usual software on Mac platform. (After Effects a must, Photoshop, Illustrator, FCP)
• Must be a strong creative leader, and overall team leader.
• Capable of managing and nurturing growth of other designers.
• Director skills, and experience shooting live action is a big plus.
