Hi,
I am looking for a job at the moment, and many times see the term "100 top agencies!!!"
Who are these 100 egencies? WHere can I found the list? The reqruitment comapnies are disapointing, so I was thinking that I should write directly to companies and ask for a job.

:-) you are right, I should have used spell checker, but tell me: do YOU know any other language then English? because English is not my main language

Top agencies... top financially performing agencies?....top wanky-design agencies? top get the cool creative stuff agencies?...there are so many, can't really categorise. It depends what you want, what you are good at, what you are willing to take as your salary.
Target an area you would like to settle down in...scour thte yellow pages and chuck your CV out to the ones you like...sound like an idea? Actually visiting these places or giving them a call shows confidence...see if you can set up a meeting & possibly discuss freelancing - there are a serious shortage.
