I have a really good job on creativepool that I think you guys should look at. It is under the heading of Senior Designer - ref MON/EN3010/JN0.. These guys do some great work and need someone for before Christmas - as most of you know you need to apply to these jobs with a portfolio and a CV - but it is a goodie and well work a look.

Senior Designer
monkeypuzzle design is looking for a serious visual designer, who excels in page layout and multi-media design. You will join a design team that is fun, hardworking and talented in a fast-paced and friendly environment. You are a full time designer at upper mid-level or above with essentially print but also some online experience. Designers who have worked in a consumer environment or in marketing are preferred. We love to see portfolios that have clean design and are consumer conscious, ease of use and friendly, not overly designed or too obscure. You will be able to prepare art for online production, develop web pages, HTML-based email campaigns and newsletters.
