I'm looking to hire a web developer to create the front end of a consumer facing web application. Think Yahoo! Fantasy Football for guidance, though the project is not actually a fantasy sports application.

You'll work with me to define a consistent and appealing look and feel for the site, and then build the application out according to a detailed design document that I will provide.

This project is on a paid basis, with decent money (four figures) available for the right candidate. Willingness to complete the project on a fixed price basis is far preferable to an hourly rate. You can expect ongoing work post-launch provided that the product is successful.

Required:

- Excellent HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills
- Strong graphic design sense
- Good Photoshop skills
- Ability to integrate with backend technologies (MySQL, PHP etc)

Desirable:

- Familiarity with DHTML/Ajax technologies
- Creative, problem solving 'hacker' sensibility
