free employment website
Just letting you know that I am starting a new site that is just for posting job offers and job requests. It doesn't hurt to give it a try I guess. I just thought that you might be interested in posting there as well since the site is dedicated just to employment you may get more exposure. the actual site is

i hope it may help you in the future. the more exposure the better right? there is a section there just for graphics and designers.
