Operating since 2000, we have done hundreds of successful projects, mainly for Moscow. We are now also doing some projects for the UK-based web development company, and they are happy to have found us. But we need to establish more overseas contacts which is why I am applying to you.

- HTML handcoding/cropping
- Web programming - PHP, Perl (on MySQL database)

Our prices:

- Site design (*.psd source file is sent out upon completion of the project) - $200-300
- Site design + HTML handcoding/cropping, CSS - $ 300-500
- Site design + HTML handcoding/cropping + CSS + Flash-heading - $ 600-800
- CMS site creation (Content Management System) - $ 500-1000
- Web-store with shopping cart, online payment option and goods directory + site administration available - $1500

Experience and skills:

- Graphics Software and Web Design Tools: Microsoft Front Page, HomeSite, Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash, Adobe PhotoShop, Corel Draw, 3-D Studio Max
- Programming Languages: Perl, PHP, HTML, Delphi, Visual Basic – strong programming experience; XML, Visual Studio - good programming experience; C, C++, Java – general skills
- Operational Systems: Windows 3.x, 95, 98, NT, 2000, Linux, Unix – both operator/system programmer level
- Databases: MySQL – strong programming experience; Oracle, Informix, Sybase – general skills
