3rd party moderated forum service?

Does anyone know of such a thing? I am looking into it for a client

The forum is for a kids tv show, so definitely needs moderation to keep the paedos at bay, but they don't have time/inclination to do it themselves.

They would pay for it (obviously) - I googled for "moderated forum" and all I could find were "free forum!"s

Never heard of such a thing, but perhaps they could pay someone a small fee to do it - or a few people.

to outsource this kind of service, especially if you want to outsource the liability, will be very expensive. Your other option is to hire "freelance" moderators, such as myself but I've no idea how terms of service/costs/liability would be shared/indemified.....

Also the geographical location/target of the site might impact on this - i.e. COPPA in the states
