http://www.hosttds.com has some pretty cheap prices.
and http://www.dot5hosting.com has pretty nice hosting. The deals are not bad, $5.00 a month for 1500mb of space, 50gb bandwidth, free marketing package, free domain name and many other great features.

Anyway, I've heard horrific things about Dot5Hosting - you get what you pay for.

I'm using www.asmallorange.com for a site right now - and my personal site will be transferred there eventually. They own several servers at The Planet's datacenter. I've had great speed, good prices, and the like.

I've had no downtime, the servers are fast, and things like MySQL, email, and the like are unlimited. You can have 100 MySQL databases - their size is simply figured into your allotment. Their support is good, too - no phone numbers, but support tickets are responded to quickly. They also have company forums, which their staff keeps a close eye on and is friendly and willing to help people out with any sort of problem.

I recommend them - great for the price.

Heart internet are an excellent budget package - even have free hosting space with new account and the co.uk domains are dirt cheap.
