ok, they're more of an isp but i just wanted to warn people off and hopefully get the same result as the web mania hosting people.

thought i'd share my experience with you about homechoice and to warn anybody off using them. don't believe any of the adverts you see, don't think that its good value for money.

they are a complete bunch of lying muppets who double billed me and turned my adsl on and off twice in 4 months (each time rsulting in 10 days of no service). my itemised phone bill showed that i was wasting a day per month on the phone to their 'support' people who invariably would just say, sorry, server's down.

i also experienced major faults with my bt land line which i didn't have before i signed up to their service and which have since dissapeared when i stopped using homechoice.

fyi - they decided to wave the terms and condidtions of the contract in place between us in recognition of their own faults.

oh, and they are still sending me bills every month. wankers.

Do you still stand by your comments on Homechoice. can you recommend a better service?

k, well homechoice are not an internet company, they're a tv company. if you need internet then go to an internet company.

By the way, those of you interested in editing. On the 'Bullit' (steve mcqueen) special edition DVD Is a documentary all about the history and techniques of movie editing. very in depth, featuring all the big players. its called 'Cutting Edge' and was shown on BBC FOUR aswell.
