domain name transfer

i just don't get it. i'm trying to transfer the domain 'sister-smith.co.uk' from 'heartinternet.co.uk' to 'clicknames.net' and i don't understand where its gone. i'm a little inexperienced with domain name transfer as i've only done it once before and i ran across problems there!

the whois info says all of this:

"Registrant's Agent:
DomainNamesGB.com Ltd [Tag = CLICKNAMES]
URL: http://www.domainnamesgb.com

Relevant Dates:
Registered on: 29-Mar-2004
Renewal Date: 29-Mar-2006
Last updated: 16-Feb-2005

Registration Status:
Registered until renewal date.

Name servers listed in order:
ns.heartinternet.co.uk 217.68.23.1
ns2.heartinternet.co.uk 217.68.23.2

WHOIS database last updated at 20:55:01 21-Feb-2005"

so if anyone can tell me where the domain is at the moment and even better, if anyone knows how to complete the transfer, please tell me as i would really really appreciate it!
thanks

Looks like the transfer has been completed, have you changed the nameservers to point to your host?

If you can't access your domain name through clicknames yet, it maybe that you need to give it another day or so. It can sometimes take upto 3 days to fully transfer a domain name.
