im new to paid hosting, so i dont know what the known webhosts are and what the flimsy ones are. ive gathered a short list of webhosts that interest me. can u guys tell me whether theyre good, known, and/or legit?

also, do u guys have any suggestions for webhosts if i want the following?:
- at least 200 MB of space

- at least 50 MySQL databases
- at least 50 FTP accounts
- at least 50 email accounts
- supported scripts: CGI, Perl, PHP, SSI, Cronjobs
- at least 99% uptime
- control panel
- site statistics
- cost: less than $80 a year (80 already including domain registration)

all that would be fine, apart from the disk space and the amount of databases, you want - I can't think of any that would give you that lot for that price.... have a look here: www.hostmatters.com and look at the web hosting table, and you'll see what I mean - and I think these guys are priced very competitively...

Your best bet would be to get dedicated, or co-located hosting, but you're looking at about 300 squid a year really...

then again I might be wrong, and you'lll find a super cheap host that will sort you out, just be aware of what the customer service is like....
