millions, before you go with one, head over to webhostingtalk.com and run a search on them to see what people are saying about them.

I've just 'purchased' the NLPro account with dataflame - going to be going to a dedicated soon. Have been happy with them for over 6 months - not one single problem!

Though saying that I think it was me who recommended them in the first place! So my comments are even less valid than otherwise

In addition to seeing what people have to say about those two hosts, consider testing them out yourself. Send them a technical query email....take note of the speed and quality of replies, it can often say alot about a host in the long run. Even better, chat to a representive if there is a chat feature on the websites....get a feal for the people who you will rely on. Especially that you are planning to resell, you will be responsible for your clients in return, so spend good time on your research. Hope this helps somewhat

Hostphanx.com

I'm currently on
Hostphanx and i like how fast they respond to questions, but I'm considering switching over to >>these guys<< .I just need to do a little research and see if they are actually as good as they sound.
