Plesk/Virtuozzo

Does anyone here have long-standing experience with the Plesk/Virtuozzo control panel, especially in a scenario where there are many client accounts, each with their own hosted domains/sites?

we host with plesk, got about 200 domains. not sure if that counts for experience? why?

I've recently obtained a server that uses it... and it fecking confuses me. Can we chat over IM in the near future?

what confusing? i've only be using it for about 8 months and in the same boat as you, inherited it. thought it was prettty simple? no?

Have you setup many clients/domains and gone through the admin setup/server setup, etc.?

when we got the server, there were 100 domains and 1 client!!! we now only have about 5 clients, however we can setup a desktop for every domain so they can create mailboxes, etc

i do know what to do with regards to client setup and domain, etc. check you pm

hmmm, it seems that you are not using managed VPS, right ? better try to get managed hosting if you are not much aware of it.
