has anyone ever dealt with these ??

there's no human support on the site - email or phone number - and i need to look into an issue for a colleague ... which looks like i nedd to register before i can submit a support ticket ??!!

crap support options starts to ring alarm bells in my head immediately ...

anyone know anything about them at all ???

Hi Weldo,

We have live support on our site, and there's no need to register before you can submit a ticket

Just choose "Submit a ticket" and a username will be generated so you can check your ticket status at any time.

Should you need anything, just let us know
