has anyone ever dealt with these ?? there's no human support on the site - email or phone number - and i need to look into an issue for a colleague ... which looks like i need to register before i can even submit a support ticket ??!! crap support options starts to ring alarm bells in my head immediately ... anyone know anything about them at all ??? fuck signatures
