I register all domain names through either www.godaddy.com (for .com domains) or www.123-reg.co.uk (for .co.uk domains) Both registrars are well-priced, well-featured, simple to use and problem-free (in my experience). Speaking from experience, you should be wary of 'cheap' hosting (web space). There's usually a price to pay in the way of bad support, bad maintenance, low reliability or, if you're really unlucky, all three. Do you know what your site's/sites' requirements are? How much space? Do you need PHP, MySQL, POP email, sub-domains, etc… or you after a very basic, no-frills bit of space? |
