has anybody worked with 123.reg.co.uk?

My client has an old account running with them but wants to know if they should change.
I am working with protx and oscommerce. so was wondering if they are alright or wether I should advise a switch to something like webhosting.co.uk?

You can think them for domain registration but not for hosting.
Also many webmasters blame their premium support ( paid phone support ) which is useless and waste of money
Better get their reviews from Google and have feedback about them at WHT and DP.

Yeah, I use them for registering (and managing) domains and . The hosting I bet would be managed by pipex/web fusion as they're all the same company now. I've used web fusion (and pipex) in the past and they really, REALLY don't want you to leave if there's a problem. You have to go through such a process to cancel your hosting account with them, including sending cancellation notes through the post or fax. It's ridiculous. I'd personally avoid them like grids.
