Easyspace...

Right, wwe have a site hosted on easyspace and the bugger went down yesterday and ain't back on line yet...

I've bombarded them with email's to no avail and the shites don't have a phone number. Anyone had any experience with them? got any idea how to get them to pull their freekin finger out?

Cheers, today will be a bad day I can tell already

Seems that in this case my anger was misplaced - should have been directed at the dumb client who's responsibility it was to renew the domain name... so I'm shouting at easyspace for something that's not their fault 'cos the client is insisting that it's mine ... I'm a fool and I should've checked... and these guy's here should keep proper fookin records of what's what aswell - which is now my job of course :/

Haha, that's really funny, but I guess that sorta thing could happen to anyone. Thing is I'm logged into my host all the time so I always know when I need to renew.

One day I swear I'll operate my own server just because I like it better that way. No friggin' FTPing large files anymore. ARGH!

Transfer the domain to a registrar with an auto-renew facility (e.g. GoDaddy, …)
