Been with these guys for ~ 6 months now and I feel pretty comfortable recommending them based on both their service (despite the fact they are German and I don't speak the language - they aren't as lame as I) and the package I have (the 256MB Pro ~£40/quarter).

It can be a little bit of work getting around the cp to start with (some of the site is in German) but well worth it - zero downtime apart from a couple of hours where the control panel wasn't accessible (a notified upgrade and my server was still live and accessible via http & ssh).

Plenty of distros (reinstall when you like) and a decent configurable hardware firewall to boot - no resource suckage or messing about with iptables rules - hallelujah.
