When do I need Hosting?
I am newbee to webdesign, so you guys can expect really silly question from my end. Sorry about that, so far you guys are really helpful and hope you will not get annoyed soon by my questions. ok, I am in the starting stage of designing a website. Interacting with client about the site's look and feel. Is there any standard procedure or sites where I can refer how to setup a website ? When do I need Hosting, after designing the entire website or in inital stage ? - (Since its my first project I am not sure how long its going to take to design the website). |

goto Bluehost.com sign up. You've got your domain, hosting, info, ftp, email etc. ...now for the design... Put your website into the folder like so: www.Myself.com/Me/AllMyFiles.html When visitors go to www.Myself.com, they will see "website Under construction". After the whole website is finished, post a thread here on how to implement reditrection into htaccess I hope this is what you were looking for, if not, sorry... |
