    You can post FB pictures if you right click and choose "Copy image address" in Chrome.
    Also note the picture has to be published to Public not Friends only.

    any chance of a chat on what resolution to use ive switched from1280 1024 to 2480 1754 but it goes up to 8000 odd

    2560 x 1440, 1920 x 1080 and 1366 x 768 are the standard full screen sizes most monitors use these days if you're going for full screen. 1440 and 1170 wide would cover most website widths inside the container.
