The DT TV guide - like it Liam.

Sky+ probably the best invention ever.

Summer TV never brilliant, I'm still catching up on slightly older stuff, Mad Men, Genius of Photography, Yellowstone (truly stunning in HD, what an amazing place).

Current stuff I've got Sky+'d: Ultimate Fighter USA v UK (on Virgin 1 sunday nights for those of you that don't have Sultana), Apprentice, Friday Night with Jonathan Ross, Have I Got News For You, Banged Up Abroad (Nat Geo), new Bear Grylls, will check more when I get home.

Yep, Bear Grylls on Discovery, he ate some bear shit this week.

    Full of nutrition apparently.

I was blown away by Yellowstone, I'd always imagined it as just a large woodland/national park, how wrong I was, truly spectacular place, would love to go there and take a few photos one day.

Sue Perkins and Giles Coren on Supersizers Eat

Great program - watched it last night and it's both funny and interesting.

Giles is funny as fuck - gorgeing on rich food and getting pished throughout the programs course.

yesterdays episode was about the 1920's
apparantly coke was legal in they used to sell it in harrods.

also alchohol was perscribed for "medicinal purposes"
born in the wrong time clearly

anyone watch the Master Chef quarter finals tonight?

Amazing stuff in the secon round with the critics, the french guy is clearly a cut above the competition, just a shame he's French and a bit aloof. i would have like to have seen a British chef hitting those standards.

I fancied having a go at a bit of chefing in the past but when you look at the level of perfection in this round under the time and pressured environment you have to take your hat off

watched 1st episode of that 'misfits' last night -

Just reminds me how TV is so SHIT in Canada compared to the UK. it's just fucking awful...bahh.
their big promoted thing this year was a "Kids in the hall special"...yep that's kids in the hall who were popular about 25 YEARS AGO. they got back together to make a special. fucking shoot me. there's no budgets for anything decent here. same goes for TV commercials.

anyway thought misfits was pretty well done.

its funny - watching misfits made me miss home and not miss it at the same time...I miss the good telly shows like that, but then I see the chavs on that show & think. 'ohhh yeahhhh....chavs. forgot about those tinkers' . haha

anything else interesting been on the UK telly recently?
