I have a client who wants to build a catalog site without e-commerce (no purchasing options). I am very proficient in HTML/CSS and design and I have a little experience working with WordPress as well as partnering with a developer to build PHP-based web apps. However, I have never done it all on my own.

I guess my question is, is there something out there that I can easily use to build this type of site that doesn't require any development on my part and will allow the client to have access to his catalog to add/delete/edit the products?
