To decide this months competition we'll have a vote - I have included all the suggestions we have had so far.

The prize for this month is a copy of TopStyle Pro - see www.bradsoft.com and a boxed copy of Swift 3D see www.swift3d.com.
So many thanks to Bradsoft and Electric Rain for providing those prizes.

As far as I was concered a new logo was part and parcel of the last competition......

It wasnt specified but seeing as the winner uses the current logo and a new one was requested; I have included it as an option.

I like the idea of doing Jakob Nielson's website, but would it just be the home page or what?

As much as I like the sound of TopStyle, it's of little/no use to me as I'm a mac user.

What's my 'motivation' to enter?

I reckon it would be good to redesign a site, cos I often look how thigns could be improved, gets my vote.

I didn't necessarily mean the Nielsen site not to be serious - I mean, we could all do what we feel like - take the mickey or not... could be a serious redesign or just a joke

Personally I think we could get quite a lot attention if we did something like that - it would be like eating the forbidden fruit! It would be nice if mr. Nielsen could give his blessing to such a project - just as an experiment - or just to see if the guy has got sense of humour

....or even take the same approach to any other site....

It will end tommorow at 7pm - the competition will start the following monday.

what will the phrase be if that wins? and what do you do if there is a draw?

The phrase will be something completely random and must be included in the piece of work. - The work can be html, graphics, 3d, - anything you like.
If there is a tie, we'll do one this month and the other next month.
