A Wave of the Watch List, and Speech Disappears

Apparently if the US Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control decides you're trouble, they can just up and pull your domain out of your control, whether you are involved with the country outside of your domain registrar. Couple this with the Patriot Act and MediaTemple is looking mighty unfriendly.

I know, being a heavily Euro forum, that most of you probably aren't *on* US hosting/registrars, but I think it's important to know in case you're setting up hosting for clients or registering domains.
