Tell you what, everyone can live in my shed, and I'll breed you all to create a race of uber designer/developer hybrids!

Then we'll slowly infiltrate all the major design houses, until we can effect a hostile takeover *meaning of life* stylee with pirate hats and scimitars...

Seriously though, The potential is definitely here, the problem is, that (and i've found this out the hard way) you need to have a certain amount of knowledge and trust in someone to put your reputation, (and deposit money!) on the line, when the chances are they might suddenly have something more pressing at work to do, or get a better offer from somewhere else, leaving you high and dry.

I'd love to create an agency that consisted of all of the peeps round here doing what we do best ,only needing to communicate by the internet etc... hey isn't that what that lastfield company is trying to do? hmmm, maybe it would work and I'm just talking a load of bollox?

I wanna be the boss though

actually, they are in the middle of rebuilding the junction - spending millions on it by the looks of it - different clubs, cinemas, bowling alley etc., yet they would rather spend 1.7k on the bland site they have now, than pay me 15 for an all singing all dancing beauty, and that was cutting me' own throat! cunts

I think it would be pretty cool....but I don't know how well it would be possible with everyone all around the world and having their own jobs....maybe if everything was contracts you got that you sub-contracted out to appropriate parties or something...? not really sure....it would be cool by all the talent that's floating around this board...not sure if it's completely possible tho with everyone so spread out and stuff tho...

Well folks it's nice to provoke a reaction.

And yes, it is possible to set up company cherry picking the best folks from around the country to work as a single team. We've done it for over two years now and continue to recruit both partners and clients at an impressive rate.

We have a well thought out business plan and a growing team of good, honest, reliable and friendly team members.

How does that fit in with your "procrastination", Will?

Matt.
